Job summary

The role involves logging time and materials in the CMMS, reviewing plans and manuals, repairing dock doors, assisting with battery maintenance for MHE, and ensuring LO/TO and Arc Flash compliance. Schedule: 10A- Tue-Fri, 6AM-4PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of distribution or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, fire safety and plumbing preferred.
• Technical/Trade School certificate preferred in facility maintenance or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) within manufacturer guidelines and timelines.
• Log time, materials, work orders and inventory in the CMMS.
• Interpret plans and manuals; follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Repair dock doors and install racking as needed.
• Assist in battery maintenance for MHE and charger repairs.
• Assist in forklift and conveyor PMs to maintain productivity.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and update maintenance records.
• Ensure LO/TO and Arc Flash compliance at all times.
