Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform periodic maintenance, repairs, and limited troubleshooting on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire safety systems in our distribution/warehouse facilities.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, logging work orders in our CMMS, following safety procedures (LOTO/Arc Flash), and supporting dock doors, battery maintenance for MHE and general upkeep during peak periods. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of distribution/manufacturing maintenance experience.
Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair facility equipment like HVAC, electrical & plumbing; monitor and troubleshoot systems.
Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer guidelines and timelines.
Log time, materials and update work orders in CMMS; manage inventory.
Follow SOPs and safety procedures (LOTO, Arc Flash) during tasks.
Repair dock doors and install/maintain racks as needed.
Assist with battery maintenance for MHE and related components.
Support forklift and conveyor PMs to ensure peak productivity.
Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance records.
