The role includes repairing equipment, installing electrical components, performing routine maintenance, and assisting skilled personnel with piping, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, while adhering to safety guidelines to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One to two years related maintenance experience preferred in a distribution center or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of conveyor systems, security controls, fire protection, HVAC, lighting, electrical and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs on equipment.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus and related components under supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing light bulbs and cleaning equipment.
• Paint, plaster and perform building and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Assist in scheduled and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems.
