Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Department under DC leadership; plan workload and staffing.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of equipment; prioritize safety and production.
• Manage PM programs to minimize downtime and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Review contractor bids, hire vendors, and ensure quality and budgets.
• Develop and administer policies, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain CMMS, capital expenditure (CAPEX) oversight, and budget responsibility.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safe operations, and facility integrity.
