Spiniello Companies seeks an accomplished construction executive to lead the Washington, DC Business Unit with full leadership responsibility for operations, business development, client engagement, and financial performance.

Ideal candidate brings 15+ years in senior construction leadership, with success across large infrastructure programs and strong client relationships, and a track record in strategic growth and talent development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience.
• Experience leading senior operations, regional leadership, or business unit leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing large infrastructure/utility/water/wastewater/heavy civil programs.
• Demonstrated success leading large operational teams and project portfolios.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management; strong client relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Washington, DC Business Unit, owning overall performance and P&L.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Direct operations, project delivery, and safety, ensuring on-time, on-budget performance.
• Expand CMAR, Progressive Design-Build, Design-Build, and other delivery models; pursue major opportunities.
