Homewerks Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Industrial Engineer – Distribution Center to drive operational excellence in our distribution network. The role focuses on accelerating order fulfillment, improving inventory accuracy, and delivering cost savings through Lean and WMS improvements.

You will lead projects across engineering, continuous improvement, and supervision, mentor staff, and collaborate with IT to implement system enhancements, automation, and standardized work processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering as required.
• At least 3 years of engineering experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Understanding of supply chain logistics, WMS, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Excellent project management skills with cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lean, Six Sigma or related continuous improvement knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Engineering and Project Management across DC processes.
• Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Supervision of staff and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead acquisition integration and DC process improvements via WMS.
• Improve quality, productivity, and safety through data-driven pilots.
• Develop plans, monitor progress, and manage vendors as needed.
• Configure facility layouts and toolings to optimize space and throughput.
