Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Industrial Engineer to drive automation, robotics, and process improvements at distribution or fulfillment centers.

You'll partner with SC Industrial Engineering, Operations, and cross-functional teams to improve productivity, accuracy, capacity, and safety. You will lead multi-project efforts, develop business cases, and support layout design while aligning with labor standards and cost benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of industrial engineering experience.
• 1-2 years' experience with a warehouse management system.
• 1-2 years' experience managing cross-functional projects from conception to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, develop, manage, and execute complex building and network automation, robotics, and process improvement projects.
• Utilize continuous improvement methodology and KPI tracking to meet timelines and report outcomes.
• Lead internal and external cross-functional project teams.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Manage several projects simultaneously and support large-scale automation initiatives.
• Develop financial cost–benefit analyses to support design decisions.
