In this role, you'll drive full-cycle recruiting, support compliance, and manage relationships across a large workforce. Your responsibilities include streamlining processes and enhancing the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience; distribution environment preferred.
• Proven experience in high-volume and seasonal hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for distribution center roles.
• Own the new hire experience end to end.
• Manage attendance tracking and policy enforcement.
