Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in related fields, a BS/BA, and bilingual English/Spanish, with strong focus on safety, DOT compliance, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience in fleet management and distribution/logistics.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Direct all distribution center operations with focus on policy compliance and process excellence.
• Oversee talent management including recruitment, performance reviews and development of direct reports.
• Ensure staffing levels meet service, financial, and operational needs.
• Manage carrier services and DOT compliance in coordination with support staff.
• Utilize training programs to develop sales and operations expertise within the facility.
• Communicate with functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and oversee ROI analyses.
• Achieve cost control through productivity, space utilization, and inventory integrity.
