Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of experience in a related field.
Experience in fleet management and logistics preferred.
Exposure to Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.

Responsibilities

Direct all operations activities in a distribution center environment and manage budgets.
Ensure efficient distribution operations and adherence to policy and process excellence.
Lead talent management including selection, performance reviews and development of direct reports.
Staff appropriately to meet service, financial and operational demands.
Oversee carrier services, DOT compliance, and safety programs.
Develop annual operating budgets and manage P&L; determine ROI and cost controls.
