Job summary

TAIT is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Crew Production Manager (U.S.-based) to support a major on-site project in Washington, DC from mid-May to mid-June 2026. Travel and accommodations are provided.

This temporary contract role offers hands-on leadership of crew data and cross-department coordination to ensure seamless event logistics. You will lead planning, manage data systems, and collaborate with Travel, F&B, Credential, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with extensive event management experience.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale event logistics and data.
• Experience coordinating with multi-department teams (Travel, F&B, Credential).
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of crew event logistics across the event lifecycle.
• Own and manage crew data and systems within a 3rd party data platform.
• Ensure data accuracy and real-time reporting (twice daily exports).
• Coordinate with Travel, F&B, Credential, Ops, and client teams.
• Develop and distribute crew communications and welcome materials.
• Support weekly reporting and overall project management.
• Help maintain crew health, welfare, and positive hospitality environment.
