Job summary

MCN Build in Washington, DC seeks an Assistant Superintendent with at least 1 year of field experience to support the lead superintendent. The role includes coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring work follows drawings, specs, and schedule within budget.

You will perform administrative, technical, and clerical tasks, manage RFIs/ASI, maintain quality control, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet critical path milestones.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work.
• Communicate with project team regarding ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals.
• Ensure subcontractors execute and comply with contracted scope, safety, health and environmental standards.
