Job summary

You will diagnose, repair, and oversee complex work, lead project tasks, and coordinate with third-party vendors to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in a similar role.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise on mechanical equipment.
• Experience with conveyor control systems and shock watch software.
• Ability to MIG and Stick Weld and operate powered equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to lead team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance on powered industrial equipment and conveyors.
• Inspect and supervise maintenance work, re-prioritize tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager and Operations on repair status.
• Lead project work to support warehouse operations; coordinate with vendors.
• Train maintenance team members.
