Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in a similar role.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise.
• Expertise in performing repairs on all mechanical equipment.
• Able to operate all powered equipment including yard trucks, forklifts, and maintenance vehicles.
• Ability to interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance/repairs to powered industrial equipment and conveyor systems in a safe manner.
• Diagnose and repair building equipment such as air compressors, HVAC, and plumbing/electrical.
• Inspect and guide the Maintenance team to ensure timely completion and quality.
• Communicate status of repair work with Facilities Manager and Operations leaders.
• Lead or coordinate project work to support warehouse daily operations.
• Coordinate repairs with third party vendors and train team members as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
