Qualificações

• Must be able to obtain CFC Universal certification.
• Must be able to obtain GSA Public Trust Clearance (HSPD-12).

Responsabilidades

• Operate, maintain, and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and hardware.
• Plan work from assignments, gather tools and materials, and complete paperwork promptly.
• Inspect areas, report deficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of shops, equipment rooms, and common areas.
• Occasionally work extended hours, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
