Job summary

You will log time and materials in our computerized maintenance management system, interpret schematics and operate in compliance with LOTO and safety procedures.

• Minimum 2 years of distribution or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certificates preferred in facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of facility-related equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety).
• Execute preventive maintenance within manufacturer guidelines and timelines.
• Log time, materials, and manage work orders in CMMS; track inventory.
