Tractor Supply in Nampa, ID is seeking a Distribution Center Maintenance Tech III to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain powered equipment, facility systems, and grounds. You’ll ensure a safe, productive environment for team members and visitors.

The role requires 3+ years in fast-paced industrial or warehouse maintenance, with a HS diploma or higher and relevant technical training. Expect a heavy focus on safety, manuals, schematics, and CMMS usage.

Qualifications

Read and follow service manuals, schematics, and drawings.
Ability to navigate basic computer applications for reporting and CMMS entry.
Proven maintenance work on electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt professional service to maintain DC assets and a safe environment.
Record time and parts in CMMS for inventory and hours reporting.
Perform preventative and corrective repairs on conveyors, forklifts, power equipment, and HVAC.
Monitor equipment for safe operation and communicate issues.
Follow lockout/tagout and Arc Flash safety procedures.
Prioritize tasks by impact and business need.
Share knowledge to develop the team.
Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned.
