Job summary

Tractor Supply distribution center in Nampa, ID seeks an experienced Maintenance Tech I to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain powered equipment, facility and grounds. You will support safe operations for team members, vendors and visitors.

The role focuses on maintaining conveyors, power equipment, lighting and HVAC, using CMMS for records and prioritizing tasks to meet business needs, while adhering to safety standards such as LOTO and Arc Flash.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; mechanical/electrical/hvac/plumbing training preferred.
• 1 year experience in fast-paced industrial or warehouse maintenance.
• Trade/technical certification related to facility maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt service to internal customers to meet asset needs.
• Log time and parts in CMMS for inventory and labor reporting.
• Perform preventative and repair service for conveyors, power equipment, batteries, dock equipment, racking, lighting, and HVAC.
• Observe machine systems and report/s communicate safety impacts and fixes.
• Follow safety protocols including LOTO and Arc Flash per guidelines.
