Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on facility equipment per manufacturer guidelines and timelines.
• Repair and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems.
• Log time, materials, and maintenance records in the CMMS; manage work orders and inventory.
• Interpret drawings and manuals; follow SOPs and safety procedures including LOTO.
