Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking a Facilities Manager in Dayton, OH to supervise the maintenance team, oversee safety practices, and manage budgets for capital improvements and routine upkeep of a large distribution center.

Responsibilities include coordinating with operations to minimize downtime, managing asset maintenance, and guiding a custodial and facilities staff to maintain a safe, efficient environment for daily operations and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising facilities/maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures or similar safety protocols.
• Ability to manage facilities budgets and assets.
• Experience coordinating with third-party contractors and vendors.
• Strong communication with leadership and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 15+ facilities/maintenance employees across shifts for preventive and corrective maintenance and general improvements.
• Enforce Safety guidelines including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Coordinate with operations for equipment downtime to maintain efficient flow.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate 3rd party contractors, quotes, scheduling and on-site management.
