Responsibilities

• Assist with management and training of facilities/maintenance staff
• Provide guidance to building management on efficiency improvements
• Ensure safety by following Lock Out/Tag Out and Arc Flash procedures
• With Facilities Manager, manage budgets and downtime scheduling
• Maintain CMMS for preventive maintenance and corrective actions
• Coordinate repair of conveyor belts and automation
• Obtain estimates for supplies and materials for projects
• Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Supervise replacement of warehouse pallet racking and safety
• Organize warranty repairs with manufacturers
• Lead and develop the facilities team and foster engagement
