Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking a DC Facilities Engineer to own critical power, cooling, and DCIM/BMS infrastructure across Nebius data centers. You will operate, troubleshoot, and mentor Associates, supporting incident management and commissioning activities to ensure reliable uptime.

Attention to safety and compliance, you will work with facilities, network, and technician teams, contributing to capacity planning and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience with critical power distribution and cooling
• Hands-on operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure
• Ability to document maintenance logs and capacity data
• Knowledge of safety procedures during live-engineering work
• Experience collaborating with facilities, network, and vendor teams

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot and own critical power and cooling systems.
• Participate in incident management, RCA, and CAPA documentation.
• Support commissioning, site reviews, and design activities.
• Manage DCIM/BMS platforms, dashboards, alerts, and capacity reports.
• Mentor Associate DC Facilities Engineers toward independent operation.
