Job summary

Nebius Group in the United States, New Jersey, is seeking a DC Facilities Engineer to independently operate, troubleshoot, and own critical power and cooling systems across the data center. The role includes incident management, site commissioning, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet Nebius SLAs and standards.

You will contribute to DCIM/BMS dashboards, support GB-scale liquid cooling deployment, and mentor junior engineers toward safe and autonomous operation

Qualifications

• Independently operate and troubleshoot critical power and cooling systems across the site.
• Mentor Associate DC Facilities Engineers toward independent operation.
• Participate in incident management, RCA, and CAPA documentation.
• Operate and administer DCIM and BMS platforms, build dashboards and reports.
• Enforce Nebius safety procedures during live work orders.
• Collaborate with facilities, network, and technician teams on changes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track critical environment maintenance and repair per Nebius SLAs.
• Operate UPS, PDUs, RPPs, and in-rack busbar power systems.
• Maintain CRAHs, CRACs, CDUs, and RDHx cooling infrastructure; perform checks.
• Support incident management, root-cause analyses, and CAPA execution under guidance.
• Build and maintain DCIM dashboards, alerts, and capacity reports.
• Support deployment of liquid-cooled rack infrastructure and related components.
• Maintain maintenance logs and compliance records.
