Job summary

Nebius is hiring a DC Facilities Engineer to independently manage critical power and cooling systems, including UPS, PDUs, CRACs/CRAHs, DLC, and related infrastructure. The role requires leadership in incident management, site commissioning, and optimization to meet Nebius SLAs, with mentorship of junior engineers.

This on‑site position involves collaboration across facilities, network, and technician teams, ensuring safe working practices and rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with UPS, PDUs, RPPs, and in‑rack busbar power systems.
• Hands‑on experience with CRAH/CRAC, CDU, and RDHx cooling.
• Ability to participate in incident management including RCA and CAPA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage critical environment maintenance to Nebius SLAs.
• Operate and troubleshoot power distribution and cooling systems across the site.
• Maintain DCIM/BMS dashboards, reports, and configuration records.
• Support incident management, RCA, and CAPA activities under guidance of senior engineer.
• Collaborate with facilities, network, and technician teams on changes and deployments.
• Mentor junior engineers toward independent operation.
