Job summary

Winsupply is seeking a Distribution Center Department Supervisor to lead a designated department within our DC network. This frontline leadership role translates top-level goals into actionable daily tasks focused on safety, productivity, and quality.

You will mentor and train team members, enforce policies, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a positive culture of fairness and accountability across shifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Distribution, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of warehouse supervisor or mid-level leader experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of WMS/TMS systems; proficiency in data analytics.
• MHE certification required.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage new employee training and ongoing mentorship.
• Coach department team to high performance and versatility.
• Implement cross-training to support other departments.
• Provide real-time feedback and fair accountability.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe operations.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to balance labor.
• Demonstrate expert Warehouse Management System knowledge.
• Ensure MHE operation certification for all team members.
