Job summary

Fermi America seeks a DC Commercial Program Manager to coordinate delivery positions across powered land, powered shell, and turnkey offerings. You will own capacity, sequencing, and risk for commercial offers, working with technical and lender diligence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in commercial operations, solutions engineering, or program management in data center/large capital infra.
• Experience supporting large customer pursuits from qualification through agreement execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the delivery voice inside tenant pursuits across all three Fermi products (powered land, powered shell, turnkey).
• Own campus capacity and availability position used in commercial conversations; define MW by building and energization dates.
• Develop and maintain the delivery basis behind every commercial offer and the schedule basis for ready-for-service dates.
