The role partners with Regional Management to grow profitable relationships, participate in high-profile community events, and maintain superior credit quality while achieving sales goals in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial portfolio management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Commercial Banking experience in Washington DC.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and banking credit principles.

Responsibilities

• Service customers seeking loan and/or deposit relationships with the bank and interview applicants to develop information about their businesses.
• Maximize profitability through maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio and ensuring credit files are current.
• Work independently with high motivation and minimal supervision.
• Collaborate as a team and perform other duties as assigned.
• Monitor market trends to grow business in established and developing markets.
• Represent the bank in civic and community activities.
