Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a clerical assistant to support warehouse operations at the Naperville distribution center. You will input daily receipts, log batches, and assist with inbound freight coordination while maintaining accurate records and handling routine clerical tasks.

Required: high school diploma or GED, multitasking ability, strong communication skills, and 10-key typing with basic computer skills. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input daily items received and maintain accurate entry.
• Log and assign batch numbers to incoming shipments.
• Check daily received shipments and edit for errors.
• Assist receiving department with inbound freight coordination.
• Answer phones and greet visitors; distribute messages and interoffice mail.
