Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our Washington, DC team. This full‑time, on‑site role requires a clearable candidate with a track record delivering ISO 9001‑aligned Quality Management System programs and agile team leadership.

You will serve as primary Scrum Master for Agile teams, remove impediments, maintain quality deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 9 years of experience.
• SCM or CSP certification is required.

Overview

JST is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team. This is a full-time on-site position in Washington, D.C.
