United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Satellite Policy Associate to lead regulatory affairs for Starlink. The role focuses on advocating broadband and spectrum policies, drafting advocacy materials, and liaising with the FCC, NTIA, and other agencies to shape regulatory frameworks for domestic and international portfolios.

The position requires a JD or foreign equivalent and 1+ years in regulatory matters, with travel about 20%.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and advocating for broadband and spectrum policies domestically and internationally.
• Draft pleadings and advocacy pieces to promote policy positions.
• Represent and promote company positions before FCC, NTIA and other agencies.
• Direct regulatory licensing and compliance for Starlink services.
• Provide regulatory licensing application preparation and compliance guidance.
• Support business development with strategic regulatory advice.
