Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Sr. Satellite Policy Associate (Starlink Regulatory Affairs) to lead regulatory advocacy and policy development for Starlink's global operations.

You will work with policy advisors and engineers to influence regulatory environments, draft filings, and coordinate with FCC, NTIA, and other agencies. 5+ years in regulatory matters and a JD are required, with travel ~20% and onsite in DC.

Qualifications

• JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of experience with regulatory and policy matters.
• Willingness to travel ~20% and onsite in DC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advocate broadband and spectrum policies domestically and internationally.
• Draft pleadings, letters, and advocacy pieces for policy positions.
• Engage with FCC, NTIA, and other agencies to promote Starlink positions.
• Direct regulatory practice to secure licenses and compliance for Starlink services.
• Prepare licensing applications and manage compliance requirements.
• Provide regulatory guidance to business development efforts.
