Job summary

Premier Health Group is seeking an Administrator for its Pediatric Home health care division to lead operations in Washington, DC. Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in healthcare field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory healthcare operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance & Quality Oversight: ensure full compliance with DC Dept of Health, Medicare/Medicaid, and accreditation standards.
• Clinical & Care Management: supervise pediatric care staff and develop policies and clinical protocols.
• Operational & Business Management: oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and partnerships.
• Use analytics to track outcomes and guide decision-making.
• Leverage EHR and integrate AI-powered tools into care delivery.
• Collaborate with tech teams to improve intake, scheduling, and reporting.
• Recruit, train, and mentor pediatric care staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Strategic Growth: expand pediatric services in DC through partnerships and community engagement.
