Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with event or database management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics for an assigned portfolio of Product Councils, including receptions, dinners, tours, and Council Day meetings.
• Support Council leaders in venue and vendor sourcing with cost efficiency and quality.
• Manage contracts and payment timelines, track deadlines, and maintain records.
• Build function sheets, secure approvals, and manage invoicing.
• Communicate final details to venues and vendors regarding headcounts, menus, and requests.
• Collaborate with the Product Councils team on expense summaries and post‑event reporting.
