Job summary

You will start with smaller implementations, such as onboarding a new CRM or team-specific tools, then expand to end-to-end initiatives including new tools and platforms. Strong communication and adaptability are essential in this nonprofit, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Genuine flexibility and adaptability across methodologies and tools.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving nonprofit environment.
• Familiarity with project management or task-tracking platforms (Monday.com, Jira, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation projects end to end, from RFP through execution and delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation vendors, keeping delivery on scope and schedule.
• Support larger, organization-wide initiatives in a coverage and support capacity.
• Act as the liaison between vendors, technical leads, and business stakeholders.
• Run change management processes when scope or priorities shift mid-project.
• Track external budgets against the scope of work and own project plans and status reporting.
