Job summary

ULI Northwest is seeking a Program Manager to independently manage programs, member groups, and grant-funded initiatives, delivering high-quality experiences and driving projects from concept to completion.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with real estate and land use leaders, and requires comfort with ambiguity, leadership in meetings, and hands-on execution of programs and events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of program management experience with ownership of a body of work.
• Strong relationship management with executives, officials, and volunteers.
• Learning mindset and curiosity about complex subjects.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
• Comfort using AI tools today and interest in agentic AI.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage TOD TAPs from procurement through execution and reporting.
• Lead staff for assigned committees and councils, setting priorities.
• Support budgets, contracts, grants, and deliverables.
• Coordinate programs and events, including speaker logistics.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director as strategic advisor.
