Job summary

The Urban Land Institute seeks a detail-oriented program coordinator to support awards, conferences, and convenings within the Impact Lab in Washington, DC. You will log receipts, build pages for finalists, and help prepare speaker bios and headshots on tight deadlines.

Working across centers and with multiple teams, you will gain exposure to housing policy, nonprofit operations, and content management, while growing into broader events, communications, or technical assistance roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and roughly a year of professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle several projects and shifting priorities.
• Willingness to learn WordPress or a CRM/AMS platform.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to pitch in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Impact Lab's awards portfolio and related tasks.
• Coordinate jury site visits and process related receipts/expenses.
• Build and maintain web pages profiling award finalists and winners.
• Coordinate with Marketing on winner announcements and press releases.
