Job summary
Tractor Supply Company’s Franklin, KY distribution center seeks a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team in maintaining automated systems, MHE, and facility infrastructure. You will partner with Operations, Safety, and Engineering to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
The role focuses on preventive/corrective maintenance, safety compliance, and cost-effective improvements in a fast-paced DC environment. Occasional night/weekend shifts may apply.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in an automated or high-volume distribution setting.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance or tech operations.
- Associate degree in engineering/industrial maintenance; a bachelor’s is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor maintenance technicians to build teamwork and safety.
- Plan and assign daily work orders for efficient completion.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of automation, robotics, and conveyors.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors to improve reliability.
- Maintain CMMS records and monitor performance metrics.
- Manage HVAC, lighting, and facility utilities maintenance.
- Support capital projects and spare parts management.
