Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor in Franklin, KY to lead a team of hourly associates and drive daily production goals. You will monitor performance, coach staff, and support continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires multi-shift availability, strong communication, and hands-on leadership in a warehouse setting. Candidates should bring at least three years in a distribution center and prefer some college coursework.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in a multi-shift distribution center experience.
• Some college is preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and develop a productive team while ensuring safety and quality.
• Set daily production goals and monitor intraday performance.
• Participate in root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
