Burlington Stores is seeking an experienced DC Area Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates in shipping, receiving, and storage activities. You will ensure safety, productivity, and policy compliance while driving cross-functional projects to improve performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in a high-volume distribution environment, and leadership skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management) or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze productivity, efficiency, and accuracy data to drive team performance.
• Lead and serve as ambassador for Burlington’s Core Values and foster an inclusive team environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional and interdepartmental assignments and special projects.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and development to team members and self.
• Ensure training and policy compliance across the distribution center.
