Distinct | North America is seeking a mid to senior Antitrust Litigation Associate to join our Washington, DC office. You will handle a portfolio of antitrust matters, including discovery, depositions, and expert-witness preparation, while mentoring junior lawyers on the team.

The role requires at least four years of complex litigation experience, a JD and active DC bar membership, and strong research and writing skills. You may lead a small team and collaborate with regulators as needed.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of complex litigation experience, preferably in a law firm.
• JD and active DC bar membership in good standing.
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
• Readiness to lead a small team.
• Law school transcript required with the application.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and ediscovery across multi-party matters.
• Depositions and expert witness preparation.
• Day-to-day management of junior lawyers on the team.
• Work before the DOJ, FTC and state attorneys general (plus a plus, not a must).
