The Role

The successful candidate will support and lead key components of Antitrust Litigation Associate matters, including:

• Manage key workstreams in complex disputes from investigation through resolution.
• Draft substantive motions, briefs, discovery materials and case strategy documents.
• Analyze factual and legal issues and develop practical litigation strategies.
• Coordinate discovery, witness preparation and hearing or trial preparation.
• Work closely with partners and clients on matter strategy and execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a Antitrust Litigation Associate with:

• 1–5 years of relevant experience, consistent with the seniority sought for this search.
• Substantive experience relevant to Antitrust Litigation Associate.
• Strong drafting, analytical, communication and matter-management skills.
• A JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school.
• The candidate must be admitted (or eligible to be admitted) to the Bar in the jurisdiction in which they are located.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000–$305,000 + benefits & bonuses. Actual base compensation may depend on class year, experience, qualifications and other job-related factors.
