We Are Legal Revolution, working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law ranked international litigation firm, seeks a 1 to 3 year Antitrust Associate to join its Washington, DC office. This antitrust litigation role offers direct access to sophisticated government investigations, enforcement actions, and high-stakes private disputes in innovation driven sectors.

You will work closely with leading partners on complex matters, gain meaningful responsibility from day one, and build a long term

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years post-qualification antitrust experience at a respected firm or agency.
• Admission to the New York Bar or District of Columbia Bar, or eligibility to waive in.
• Strong academic credentials from a law school ranked in the top 50.
• Genuine interest in antitrust with prior clerkship or DOJ or FTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act on complex antitrust investigations and enforcement actions before federal and other competition authorities.
• Support high stakes private antitrust litigation, including monopolization and merger challenge disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and substantive memoranda across all stages of litigation.
• Assist with factual development, discovery, and preparation for hearings, trials, and negotiations.
• Contribute to cross border transaction advocacy and regulatory strategy as part of partner led teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a 1 to 3 year Antitrust Associate with:

• 1 to 3 years of post qualification antitrust experience at a respected firm or agency
• Hands on experience with antitrust counseling, investigations, or litigation responsibilities
• Admission to the New York Bar or District of Columbia Bar, or eligibility to waive in
• Strong academic credentials from a law school ranked in the top 50
• Genuine interest in antitrust with prior clerkship or DOJ or FTC experience preferred
• $225,000 to $310,000 base salary, depending on class year and experience
• Performance based bonus in line with comparable Am Law associate benchmarks
