Jobot is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join its Washington, DC, on-site, permanent team. Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3–4 years of relevant litigation experience at a law firm.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong oral advocacy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of complex commercial litigation and other contested legal matters.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis involving complex statutory, regulatory, and case law issues.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, discovery requests, and other litigation-related documents.
• Assist with written discovery, including document requests, interrogatories, requests for admission, and responses.
• Review, analyze, and organize large volumes of documents and other case-related materials.
• Support attorneys in deposition preparation, witness interviews, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Assist with the development of case strategies and preparation of legal arguments.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to address a wide range of litigation matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
