Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to travel statewide; occasional overnight stays.
• Experience with contracts, grants, or similar legal agreements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer the statewide DBE certification program.
• Use the B2GNow system to process DBE applications and renewals.
• Develop and maintain the UDOT DBE Program Plan in alignment with federal regulations.
• Establish DBE goals for federally funded projects.
• Monitor procurement and project activities for DBE compliance.
• Prepare reports for FHWA and FTA on DBE participation.
