Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in Oracle database development and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Spatial and Oracle XE.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and PostGIS.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and database schema design.
• Hands-on experience with database backup and recovery processes.
• Experience with Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and database security practices.
• English at Intermediate+ level or above.
• German at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
• Would be a plus: Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migration experience, GIS/spatial data experience with Oracle Spatial and/or PostGIS, preferably in public sector applications.

The project modernizes a regulatory software platform used by a trade supervisory authority, consolidates systems, and maintains secure on-premises infrastructure.
