• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy
• Design and implement algorithms for predictive analytics and statistical modeling
• Communicate findings through data visualizations, reports, and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align data analysis with business objectives
• Continuously improve data models by experimenting with new features, algorithms, and techniques
• Maintain and enhance data pipelines for efficient data processing and integration
• Monitor model performance in production and make adjustments as necessary

Требования

• 2+ Years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands‑on experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Experience with data manipulation and cleaning using Pandas or Numpy
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and hypothesis testing
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and strong SQL skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
• German at Intermediate+ level or above
