Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Собирать, очищать и преобразовывать данные из реляционных и NoSQL БД в локальной и облачной средах.
• Писать и оптимизировать SQL-запросы для извлечения и обработки данных.
• Использовать Python для анализа и автоматизации.
• Применять статистический вывод, включая A/B-тесты и регрессионный анализ.
• Разрабатывать и поддерживать BI-дашборды и визуализации в Power BI, Tableau и QlikView.
• Подбирать методы визуализации под бизнес-кейсы; работать с живыми запросами и экстрактами в BI-платформах.
• Оценивать и оптимизировать лицензирования BI и давать рекомендации по функциональности и стоимости.
• Интегрировать и анализировать данные в Azure, GCP или AWS; сотрудничать с бизнес-заинтересованными лицами.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company providing full-cycle services and creating digital solutions for enterprises and middle-sized firms worldwide. It operates through a global network of development centers and offices with more than 3,500 professionals.

Задачи:

• Collect, clean, and transform data from relational and NoSQL databases in on-premise and cloud environments;


• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and processing;


• Use Python or similar languages for advanced data processing, statistical analysis, and automation;


• Apply statistical inference methods, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis;


• Conduct A/B testing and interpret results to support data-driven decision-making;


• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView;


• Select appropriate visualization methods for different business cases;


• Work with direct connections, live queries, and extracts in BI platforms;


• Evaluate and optimize BI licensing models and provide recommendations on functionality, scalability, and cost;


• Integrate, analyze, and visualize data in Azure, GCP, or AWS;


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics that impact business outcomes;


• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governance standards across reporting solutions.

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field;


• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst;


• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server;


• Experience with NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and DynamoDB;


• Practical experience using Python for analysis, data processing, and automation;


• Knowledge of statistical inference and applied statistics, including A/B testing, confidence intervals, and regression;


• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView, including DAX, LOD, and Set Analysis;


• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and chart selection;


• Experience working with on-premise and cloud platforms for data analysis and visualization;


• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, GCP, or AWS;


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams;


• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above;


• German at Intermediate+ level or above;


• Nice to have: experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines, familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse, Databricks, or Redshift, recognized professional certifications, knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
