Job summary

Andersen ищет специалиста по тестированию данных с опытом работы в Databricks и ETL-пайплайнах. Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта тестирования ПО с упором на тестирование данных.
• Опыт тестирования решений на уровне предприятий и сложных данных.
• Знания баз данных, SQL, валидации и сверки данных.
• Практический опыт Databricks и тестирования ETL/пайплайнов.
• Умение программировать на Python, C# и/или TypeScript.
• Опыт проектирования и поддержки автоматизированных тестовых фреймворков для данных.
• Опыт интеграции тестов в CI/CD через Azure DevOps, ADO Pipelines и GitHub.
• Уровень английского не ниже Intermediate+.

Responsibilities

• Понимать требования к тестированию данных и записывать их.
• Анализировать требования к тестированию и определять покрытие тестами.
• Разрабатывать автоматические тесты вместо ручной валидации SQL.
• Строить фреймворк тестирования данных с нуля.
• Разрабатывать тестовый код в паре с разработчиками.
• Поддерживать код тестов в GitHub или отдельном репозитории.
• Автоматизировать создание тестов, выполнение и отчётность.
• Интегрировать тесты в пайплайны ADO и CI/CD.
• Проверять данные against исходными системами и выполнять автоматическую сверку.
• Тестировать преобразования данных и ETL процессы.
• Работать с базами данных и писать SQL-запросы.
• Проверять данные в Databricks и отчёты Power BI.
• Обеспечивать надёжность результатов тестов и сотрудничать с разработчиками.

Its customer is a financial services provider focused on long‑term financial planning and investment solutions, while the project modernizes retail technology and builds an enterprise data and analytics platform.

Задачи

• Understand data and data-record testing requirements
• Analyze data testing requirements and define appropriate test coverage
• Design automated tests instead of performing manual SQL validation
• Build a data test automation framework from scratch
• Develop test code alongside developers
• Maintain test code in GitHub or a separate test repository
• Automate test design, test execution, and test reporting
• Integrate automated tests into ADO pipelines and CI/CD
• Validate data against source systems
• Perform automated data reconciliation
• Test data transformations and ETL processes
• Work with databases and write SQL queries
• Test data within Databricks
• Test Power BI reports, dashboards, and paginated reports
• Ensure automated tests provide consistent and reliable results
• Work with AI/LLMs as part of the testing approach
• Verify quality at both individual test and wider enterprise application levels
• Work closely with developers during development and testing activities.

Требования

• 5+ Years of software testing experience with strong hands‑on expertise in data testing
• Experience testing enterprise‑scale data solutions and complex data platforms
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL, including data validation and reconciliation
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks and ETL/data pipeline testing
• Strong programming or scripting skills in Python, C#, and/or TypeScript
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for data solutions
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ADO Pipelines, and GitHub
• Ability to work closely with developers and maintain test code and repositories
• English at Intermediate+ level or above
• Nice to have: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, DAX, PySpark / Apache Spark, Power BI report and dashboard testing, data modeling, AI/LLM‑based testing approaches, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Fabric certifications DP-600 or DP-700, Databricks certification DP-750, previous Data Engineering experience or a strong data engineering background
