Qualifications

• Associates degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of lending experience with small businesses.
• Experience coaching/counseling a business and providing technical assistance.
• Prior experience in the non-profit and/or public sector preferred.
• Occasional travel and community outreach experience.

Responsibilities

• Source new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Counsel and provide solution-focused support to small business owners seeking financing.
• Coordinate with underwriting to prepare loan packages and documents.
• Engage community partners and stakeholders to expand presence in the market.
• Meet loan production goals and manage lifecycle from origination to post-loan support.
