Job summary

Gobravvo in Dayton, OH is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to deliver value-based care to Medicare populations in a supportive environment. You will work with a team to provide preventive medicine and manage chronic conditions, using Canopy and Greenway EMR systems.

The role offers a competitive base salary between $230,000 and $250,000 plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, relocation options, and CME support; a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state.
• Residency completed; fellowship in geriatrics preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to diverse patient population focusing on prevention and chronic disease management.
• Manage daily patient volume with standard and extended visits.
• Collaborate with scribes, medical assistants, and social workers to coordinate care.
• Utilize onsite laboratory services and RubiconMD for specialist access.
• Document accurately using EMR and maintain efficient workflow.
• Participate in community health activities and CME initiatives.
• Work in a team of 3–5 providers per clinic to support patient care.
